Timings and Fees

Honey Bears is open from 8.00am to 4.30pm (Monday – Friday). There are three terms in a year. We are open 38 weeks per year.

Morning session: 8.00am – 1.00pm

Afternoon session: 1.00pm – 4.30pm

Full day: 8.00am – 4.30pm

30-Hour Funded Sessions

The minimum days available for children eligible for the 30-hour funded entitlement are as follows:

• Monday and Friday – full day sessions
• Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – afternoon sessions

Families may choose to increase sessions if they wish, subject to availability.

• Weekly consumable* fee: £25
• Additional sessions may be added if required. If you would like any other combination of sessions, please let us know
• Non funded sessions are charged at £12.50 per hour

15-Hour Funded Sessions

Children accessing the 15-hour funded entitlement:

• Can attend four afternoon sessions per week
• Weekly consumables* fee: £10
• Additional sessions may be added if required. If you would like any other combination of sessions, please let us know
• Non funded sessions are charged at £12.50 per hour

Extracurricular activities:

• Gym (Wednesday morning): £100 per term
• Forest School (Tuesday morning): £100 per term

Fee invoices are sent at the start of term. Parents can opt to spread their payments monthly.

We accept all childcare vouchers

*Consumables include: snacks, sunscreen, yoga sessions, celebrations, parties, presents, trips and related resources* Consumables are voluntary. Please speak with management if you would like to discuss an alternative arrangement.
